Came across article written about Dr Townes and checked out the practice and met Dr Yetta. She's been my periodontist for almost twenty years. Both Dr Yetta and Dr Cornell, along with the staff are a wealth of knowledge. It also helps a great deal, to have Dr Ferguson as my dentist. Keeping medical records in one area, helps with keeping down confusion.

Do not go here. When i arrived at 3:48 for my 4:00pm appointment, I was told "oh i think they're done for the day." I informed the receptionist that i had an appointment and still wasn't seen until 4:20pm. Came because I was told they could complete my root canal, sat for 10 minutes to be sent away after being charged $110 for nothing. I called the next morning for clarity, the dentist said, "oh you want a refund?" And hung up on me. Overall experience with hygienist was very good as far as the cleaning goes. However, when asking a patient their concerns, don't try to negate their response. Patients are more knowledgeable than given credit. They know how they feel. I was disappointed that no dentist gave me a check after the cleaning, which I thought was standard. I coordinated my appointment to include seeing my orthodontist to remove and reconnect wires for my deep cleaning. Attempted to answer your texted questionnaire but could not submit because I didn’t answer question 1. Did not see a doctor this appointment. Had teeth cleaned by Hygienist, Mayan (spelled wrong) who I followed to your office. Gave her 5 stars on all areas of survey.
