Overall experience with hygienist was very good as far as the cleaning goes. However, when asking a patient their concerns, don't try to negate their response. Patients are more knowledgeable than given credit. They know how they feel. I was disappointed that no dentist gave me a check after the cleaning, which I thought was standard. I coordinated my appointment to include seeing my orthodontist to remove and reconnect wires for my deep cleaning. Attempted to answer your texted questionnaire but could not submit because I didn’t answer question 1. Did not see a doctor this appointment. Had teeth cleaned by Hygienist, Mayan (spelled wrong) who I followed to your office. Gave her 5 stars on all areas of survey.
