The staff here is always nice and professional. The dentist is never a pleasurable experience but a necessary one nobody does it better than the Dream Team.
Came across article written about Dr Townes and checked out the practice and met Dr Yetta. She's been my periodontist for almost twenty years. Both Dr Yetta and Dr Cornell, along with the staff are a wealth of knowledge. It also helps a great deal, to have Dr Ferguson as my dentist. Keeping medical records in one area, helps with keeping down confusion.
Satisfactory experience. However I was not given the level of service I received on my first visit. Not enough instruction during or after the procedure. Very good dental professionals. However, I suffer from anxiety so I needed some communication during the procedure. Also, I had to ask a few times about the prescription for penicillin. It seems like nobody really took ownership of informing Loretta to order it and she was kind of dismissive towards me. More pleasant experience on my first visit
Do not go here. When i arrived at 3:48 for my 4:00pm appointment, I was told "oh i think they're done for the day." I informed the receptionist that i had an appointment and still wasn't seen until 4:20pm. Came because I was told they could complete my root canal, sat for 10 minutes to be sent away after being charged $110 for nothing. I called the next morning for clarity, the dentist said, "oh you want a refund?" And hung up on me.
