K-Designers came over to measure my windows for a remodel window Bid. The Marketing Director Scott Morris did an amazing job at walking me through the process of choosing what types of windows we would need, as well as what would be cheaper and fit within our budget. He was very professional and friendly the entire time and was very clear about the pricing and financing.

I received the wrong order . I have called and emailed but to no avail this is unresolved
Worst odds, Worst service. Go elsewhere.
Average room at a higher price point. The view promoted was not attractive…back view of other buildings. No microwave in rooms or even a common area to reheat food anywhere. Bathroom sink hot water wasn’t working properly. (Slow trickle of water)
What a wonderful experience with Apex windows and Nathan Rouse. Our home had 30 year old wood windows that would not open without some choice language and a crowbar. We are replacing our windows in phases. The efficiency to open, clean and insulate is astounding. Life just got easier and so looking forward to a cool breeze throughout my home. The install crew was great, in and out in no time. The oversight and communications was also top notch. The windows look beautiful, wonderful product, team and company.

If mediocrity were an Olympic sport, this place/product/service would be the undisputed gold medalist. I went in with modest expectations — truly, the bar was so low it was practically subterranean — and yet, somehow, they tunneled beneath it with unparalleled determination. It’s not often that one witnesses such a synchronized failure across all aspects of an experience. Bravo, really.
Extremely poor experience. Cold food, rude waiter, and the bill had extra items I didn’t order. Never going back.
