Got a great comp rate. Had dinner at McCormick & Schmick's Seafood & Steaks restaurant. Told them on OpenTable that it was our 10 year anniversary but the restaurant did not do anything special for us. Disappointing. Won some money. Enough to cover our cost. 2 Days later: Just looked at my bank account. Was charged an additional $90.00 for unknown reason. Called customer service and they couldn't give me an explanation. Was sat at a table, 4 of us came here with our spouses expecting phenomenal hospitality service which was never present. Our server had a stick up you know where, rolled eyes when asking about menu, threw his pen across the table to circle items we wanted on separate tickets, refused to get manager to table, manager Joseph finally showed up after making us wait, was able to split tickets like every other restaurant does, Hells Kitchen did it without an issue, definitely more upscale with servers who do care at Hells Kitchen.... read more
Don't get it confused the 3 stars is not about the food. More or less its has to be a better way on reservation and queuing. Just know the reservation is for a place in line not time to be seated. This is the second buffet we've visited in Vegas. The food here is on a different level than ANY buffet I've visited on the east coast. The staff we interacted with were professional and more than accommodating. The food serving areas were clean and laid out accessible. All of this for $90 per person on a Tuesday night.
Worst dining experience I’ve had in months. Rude staff, wrong order, and they still charged full price. Avoid this place at all costs.
Ordered a burger and fries — both were greasy and bland. The table was sticky, and no one came to clean it. Definitely not going again
Really disappointed. The food took forever to arrive, and when it did, it was cold. The staff seemed overwhelmed. Not worth the price.
Slow service for a more than half empty restaurant. Food was good but for the price, could be much better quality. The salmon I ordered medium, actually came out well done. The jalapeño sauce with the salmon was actually pretty terrible, so I just avoided putting any on the fish itself. The food was nicely plated. If you do come here, just get the $45 salmon instead of the $60 would, unless you really like the toppings and then would just omit the jalapeño sauce. Overall, I would have to not recommend and would not return.
Average room at a higher price point. The view promoted was not attractive…back view of other buildings. No microwave in rooms or even a common area to reheat food anywhere. Bathroom sink hot water wasn’t working properly. (Slow trickle of water) Centralized location
Order was one protein bowl short and the salad had Willy lettuce.
