Dont make take out orders go to bar. It gets packed n it lacks customer service. Also front desk people are no help.

I would say food Service was great. Our server was great but the manager Herschel was by far the worst and very rude. We asked for a table of 14 for a birthday and they did not tell us that the tables would NOT Be in close proximity to each other. When we asked the manager, if we could add a table, he said “No, I will not be doing that” He then try to blame his wait staff saying that they are clumsy And he didn’t want to make things complicated for them. The food was always good. Service has been subpar multiple times. I realized my points were not accuring in the app as indicated by “$5 every 4 visits”, so I sent in an inquiry. I was met with sarcastic comments and the guest relations say “i made her day” when stating I would not be a returning customer due to the way she was speaking to me. If you have any issues, don’t go through their website or app, Customer service is a joke.
