I am writing this review with immense frustration and disappointment following my recent visit to Dental Options in North Miami with my son and daughter. My children needed necessary dental work, and my insurance, Delta Dental, covers 100% of the cost with a zero copay for these procedures. Hygenic was providing the service in such a rush to a point he forgot to do flossing and disinfect my partial during the time he was cleaning my teeth. Also when I told him about flossing he did so fast that he injured my gum under the crown and I'm still dealing with gum pain and swelling. I won't go with his service any more.
