the worst experience. The staff lies. They want to charge more money for treatment than is appropriate and it says on my insurance. Find another dentist.

The business appears to be an excellently run Managed Care operation. However, it also appears that profits are made to the chagrin of patients. In other words, patients are encouraged/seered to pay for things that the insurance company will not pay; thereby, making the operation profitable.
Wasn't expecting to pay 100.00$ for something that didn't last over 3 yrs should be cover by my insurance

I needed a cleaning and was having a pain in a tooth.the Dr looked and informed me there was a infection on a tooth with a previous root canal and a crown. There were 2 options go through the crown or pull it and install a implant. The next day I thought they would start the procedure. Another Dr suggested they do a CT to see if the tooth was able to support going through the crown. A wasted trip, the Dr should of said the infection is bad I recommend you pull it and go with the implant. They got me in at another office tha... read more
Una estrella para el trabajo de la férula que me hicieron 2 veces sabiendo q sufro de un bruxismo en extremo severo no lo tomaron en cuenta y el material no aguantó el 1ro una semana , el segundo el mismo material no me llego a los 15 días y eso no lo usé para cuidarlo como debía, perdí mi dinero con esto 😡😤, no pongo nombre pq no se si fue indicado por la dra pq la q me lo hizo dijo era ese el material q tenían para todo, de verdad q decepción 😒😠😖
