Dental Options is their option to screw the patient. Unnecessary diagnosing treatment for creating big expense when other same treatment by an individual dentist was 1/2 the cost. This is a scamming corporate entity not an individual family practicing type personal dentist. Plus arrogant staff.

Having the xrays done by the tech was fine. Speaking with Dr. Vargas was pleasant as well. Talking to Lana about the treatment plan was a disaster. She is not a good listener. She's loud and talks over you. She kept trying to force services down my mom's throat even though we kept asking for just a cleaning. Telling us "this is her job". Your job should not be to go fight your patient every step of the way. This was my mom's first visit and she was upset. I've been visiting here for over 10 years. Apparently I had a referral to go here to see a surgeon to get an extraction done just to find out I have to pay 282.00 with insurance that pays 80% ok then the next day after my appointment I get a call saying I owe them 85.00 for a consultation when everything was transferred from my previous dentist so therefore I only layer on a chair just to pay 85.00 so who ever the person was telling me I just left with out them telling me the consultation price when clearly I set down to make another appointment which is for Tuesday ... read more

Front staff was excellent, always helpful. The last 2 hygienists that have been assigned to me do not appear experienced enough in periondontal cleaning. Very disappointing and a waste of time and money. I've had this procedure done for many years and know when it's done well. Considering changing location. Thank you.
