I called ahead saying I would like a couple of glasses in my room as I was bringing a $300 bottle of bourbon and did not want to use a plastic cup. They literally said “that is not possible”. You know what else’s is not possible - me not sharing that.
Anniversary date The hotel rooms are very nice. Clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was not very friendly, talking to each other and being short with us.
This property was unfortunately not a good experience. The hotel room was nice and beautiful however the facilities were bare minimum inaccessible the staff was rude the food was an edible and when we tried to take the food back they wouldn't give us our money back offered us comp cards for the food however we had no intention of returning so we just lost the money.
I had baby and had booked a room and well they didn’t let me get my room because of it and didn’t get to even stay they kept my money would not refund and i had to sleep with a baby in the car because they took what i had left for a hotel it was also freezing soo literally they pretty much stole my 100 dollars and didnt let me stay
