The hotel room was very nice. It seemed recently remodeled, everything looked new. Staff was friendly and nice.

Needs more employees The room, the hotel parking casino public area everything was great. However, it appears they are severely understaffed. Never more than one person at the desk and I had to go down and pick up clean linens and an extra pillow myself. The front desk said there was nobody to deliver it. Other than the lack of customer service. This place is great.
