I came here on a weekday with a friend to check out engagement rings! ++++ SERVICE ++++ We had no appointment, but we were able to meet up with Nate who helped us pick out some rings. He asked my friend a few questions and what she was interested. Cut, size, settings, lab or natural. And then he pulled out a few trays of sample rings. He will provide you with an excellent service just like he had provided me when I was looking for a college graduation gift for my only daughter. I haven't written a Yelp review in YEARS, but the customer service experience at Derco truly warrants it. As we were heading into the store, a man walking in the same direction mentioned he and his sister had been Derco customers for 30+ years and said we would be well taken care of. He was right! I can see why Derco has such longstanding customer loyalty. The service is no pressure, no pretentiousness, just kindness and expertise. I will definitely be back!

I will forever be a loyal Derco customer because of what happened to me. One day, I was looking at some jewelry when the owner Jack offered to repair a ring I was wearing that also needed a good cleaning. I agreed since I planned to return the next week anyway. Had a great experience with Nate. Got a presentation ring and worked with my new fiancé to design a custom ring. Nate was patient with us as we even changed the style ring it was inspired from. He helped us track down an oval center stone of atypical proportions and it was perfect. He helped us figure out what we needed to tweak from the wax to match what we originally envisioned. My fiance proposed with a family ring that was a few sizes too large for my finger. We made an appointment for resizing, and not only did Jack size it perfectly but they also secured a loose stone that we hadn't noticed and polished it up. We will certainly return when it's time to pick our wedding rings, and for other needs as they arise. Everyone in the shop was kind and helpful and not pushy. An absolute delight.

Incredible service from everyone, but Greg in particular was stellar. We also loved their unique but classic and elegant designs, great turn around time, and amazing selection. Can't recommend highly enough!
