I rarely feel this strongly about a customer experience, but Derco was hands down incredible! From their setting selection, to prices, to customization, to just the fantastic and overwhelmingly kind staff, Derco and, more specifically, Greg made the ring shopping experience easy and stress free. My fiancee was so happy with the way her ring turned out and says she couldn't imagine it any other way. I checked out four other highly reviewed places and Derco easily stood out from the rest...can't recommend them enough!
Although my ring was not purchased at Derco, the staff was extremely helpful in providing an appraisal. I appreciate their efficiency and excellent customer service.

I stumbled upon this jeweler after going down a rabbit hole and I'm so glad I did! Because I don't live in the area, I worked with Greg via email and relied on his expertise when it came to decision making. I can be super indecisive! The quote of my engagement ring was better priced compared to other jewelers, including LA Diamond District. I absolutely love my ring. Everyone I've shown my ring to also loves it. If you're debating on which jeweler to go with, go with Derco! You won't regret it.
Jack and his team are the kindest, and their jewelry and customer service is beyond comparison. From always providing an amazing jewelry cleaning just for stopping in, to helping to creat beautiful custom pieces, they are an excellent shop, and one we exclusively go to in SF.
Have always been happy with Dercos. We came back to tighten a setting on a ring where the stones had loosened over time. They cleaned it and made everything look new again. It was nice to see the owner and familiar staff still working there and the business is doing well. New and old customers were in the store. Came here to try on wedding bands and absolutely loved my experience. I brought my bff and they sat us down to look through their options. They brought us water and offered to clean all of our jewelry, along with a jewelry cleaner to take home! Experience doesn't get better than this!
This review is for John - amazing service, really knowledgable and friendly but doesn't push you to buy or do anything. I bought a diamond elsewhere and went to Derco to set it. And let me just say their craftsmanship is excellent and the price is extremely fair! There was no setting fee which was a nice bonus. I find their pricing comparable to online retailers if anyone is curious. Backstory: I had set my diamond initially at a different jeweler and had to return the setting because the quality was so bad.
