Dercon goes out of their way to take care of their customers and make sure the final result is what was wanted and discussed. You never feel rushed while talking and all your questions get answered. They are quick to respond and incredibly knowledgeable. I have been extremely happy with the work completed for me by Dercon including a deck, a new roof, and odd jobs that have needed to be done around my house. I will continue to use them for anything I need and confidently suggest you do the same!
The estimator and project manager was very knowledgeable about the problems with my old roof. Later, he responded quickly to my questions and delivered the service/product as promised. Some of my roof boards needed to be replaced which we had anticipated and made allowance for in the bid. Overall it was a very satisfying business experience and I highly recommend them.
Dean kept me updated in person, via phone and e-mail before, after and during the project. The crew did excellent work and clean up when the project was complete.

dean and frank are great to work with we had some of our own ideas and these guys were able to expand on them we're anxious to get started in the next two weeks we would recommend dercon wholeheartedly
Dean was very good. His services are a bit spendier than other companies, I chose him because I felt comfortable with him and felt he was trustworthy. Plus he lives by me and wanted to patronize my own city.I have recommened Dercon to other people and will use this company again when I have remodling or repairs to do in the future.
We received service very quickly, and they fixed the last persons patch job, that service was picked out from the paper. Dercon we heard of from servicemagic. Thank you.
