Mr. Marquette of Dercon repaired a set of window frames that were experiencing water and heat leaks. This was bit of a difficult job due to the nature of the window design and of its prior construction. He was prompt, professional, quite cordial and completed the job as expected for a reasonable price. He also provided free advice on resolving other issues with my home. I certainly recommend Mr. Marquette to others, and I intend to use Mr. Marquette's services again.
Dean and his crew were creative, friendly, and did an amazing job on my bathroom remodel. They came up with ideas that I had not thought of, and completed the job very close to the original timeline. I would definitely use Dercon Construction again.
The only reason I am only giving them a 'good' is because we are still under construction! The work should be completed either by the end of this week or the beginning of the next. Working with Dean and his crew has been smooth and creative. Dean came up with some good ideas that my husband and I had not considered. We are anticipating being very pleased with this project and Dercon Const.
Dercon did a great job with the project. The quality of materials and work was outstanding, and he worked well with my schedule and the limits of the weather. Dercon was only average when it came to some communication, as I occasionally had to request updates on the status of the project. I would use Dercon again for stone or siding work.
Very good experience. Dean went to bat for us with State Farm after they initially denied the claim due to an inept adjuster. Dean's crew did a nice job. Tear off and reshingled our roof in a day. While Dean offered to eat any nails we found after the job we chose not to hold him to the two that turned up.
Dercon Construction completed the job on schedule and we are very pleased with the results. We would recommend them to anyone.

Poor clean up. They left garbage. We had delays but they were up front about it.
