Friendly, and excellent communication. I know that Derek handles tons of customers, but anytime we had a question, he responded promptly; which made us feel valued and important. That's how customer service should be anywhere! We appreciate all of his hard work that he did for us. Definitely recommend! KB should be proud to have Derek on their team!
