The communication with Mr.Derek Mercer and I was great. He also kept me informed dealing with my loan. Any question I had he answered them in a timely matter. Mr.Mercer never left me unaware when it came to my loan. He was very professional at all time.
Derek Mercer had great communication skills and knowledge he was a great help through the process for me. If I had questions he would always get back with an answer in a time in fashion.
Derek was very transparent throughout the whole loan process. He was quick to get an answer to us whenever we had a question. If someone else wasn't available Derek was always quick to make sure issues was taken care of accordingly or directed us to someone who could help.

Working with Derek was a very pleasant experience. He made the Financial side of things very smooth and easy process. Promptly and effectively communicated with me was very helpful from start to finish. In the end when it was finally time to close after all the delays on the builder side, this man went above and beyond making sure I closed when it was finally time to do so. Great Guy to work with.
