Overall great experience. It was a little bit of a scramble toward the end, but we made it. Nothing in life is ever perfect which is human, so there is always room for improvement. I personally had no major issues, and would recommend Derek's services/expertise to others.

Mr. Mercer was an incredibly helpful resource to have during my home buying experience. He always had answers to any questions I had which, as a first time home buyer, was quite a lot. In addition to providing the information I requested in his field, he also went out of his way a couple of times to take care of things and refer me to the people I needed outside of his division. Excellent work, attitude, and communication all around.
