Derek was very informative and offered advice in a professional manner. Never did I have a doubt that he would he not have a servant attitude towards my needs. Great effort overall from Mr. Mercer, very pleased with the service!

Every question was answered and the experience was great
Overall great experience. It was a little bit of a scramble toward the end, but we made it. Nothing in life is ever perfect which is human, so there is always room for improvement. I personally had no major issues, and would recommend Derek's services/expertise to others.
Derek was very personable. If he did not know an answer to my question, he would always state he would check into it and get back to me. He never failed on his obligations.

Mr. Mercer was an incredibly helpful resource to have during my home buying experience. He always had answers to any questions I had which, as a first time home buyer, was quite a lot. In addition to providing the information I requested in his field, he also went out of his way a couple of times to take care of things and refer me to the people I needed outside of his division. Excellent work, attitude, and communication all around.
