Great experience
Being that this was my first time buying a home, Derek was very patient and did a great job explaining different parts of the process to me. He was quick to reply to emails of questions of concerns that I had. He made this process not only easy but also comfortable. I always felt secure in what he was doing and that I was getting the best assistance.
Throughout the process Derek was readily available whenever I had uncertainties or questions. He would take his time to further explain things and go line upon line if needed to help us gain understanding of what we were viewing.
