Derek is a great loan officer. He listens and gets the job the done. Quick responder and proficient. He has great communication skills, for example if I had a question or didn't understand something, he would reach out to me by calling and explaining the process. He was very patient with me being a first time home buyer with not understanding much about the loan process. I would I highly recommend him.
