Derek was very helpful and answered all the questions I had throughout the process and was always very quick with his responses
Derek went above and beyond to help us get into our new house. When the builder had multiple construction delays Derek made sure the loan was not negatively impacted. He coordinated with our homeowner's insurance agent to ensure that we would have coverage despite 6 closing dates that affected the ability of the insurance agent to issue a rider because their system locks out after the third change to the effectivity date. Didn't encounter any problems in response time and getting questions answered as they arose.
Always returned calls and answered my questions in a timely manner.
Nothing personal towards Derek, he helped where he could. With that being said, the whole experience we have had with KB as a whole would not lead us to ever refer anyone we know to them.
Derek is great professional a gentleman with excellent customer service skills. The all process from start to finish was very pleasant making a client at easy. It was a privilege to have him representing us. I would give him 20 points if i could. Derek thank you very much for everything.
