Derek sold me a refinance in 2016 and this time he helped me buy another property. I know I am detail oriented guy and I have I expectations. Derek was able to mirror my tenacity and match or exceed the level of communication that I needed. There were few challenging moments with other parties because our home purchase was contingent on the sale of our prior home but Derek quickly recognized when I wanted extra attention and gave me the support I needed. I would use Derek again.
