We worked with Derek and his team for our mortgage needs for our very first home. The whole process was extremely informative, transparent, and smooth. Derek is very helpful and proactive and he was always available for those "quick" calls anytime we had a doubt. I was pre-qualified for a loan with a different lender and due to the lender's oversight on one document, the loan ended up falling through a month before my close date. We luckily found Derek Wetzel through our realtor and he was able to help us close our loan in under a month!!!! He worked quickly, accurately, and was very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a loan!

derek was awesome during the whole loan process! our first loan fell through, we found derek through our realtor at the last minute, and he derek was able to close our loan within 3 weeks! we didn't think it was possible to close this fast, but everything was done in a prompt manner and couldn't be more thankful! we recommend derek to anyone who is looking!
