She is so incredibly caring, personable, and down to earth. She really cares about her patients and treats her assistants with the utmost respect. She knows her field backwards and forwards. I recommend her to everyone I know.
Dr. Shaffer is an excellent physician with a wonderful sense of humor. He's treated me on a few occasions and I have been very pleased with the outcomes.

Dr Shaffer is wonderful! I have dealt with her for both medical and botox appointments. I have to say that she is extremely knowledgeable in all areas, but I was so impressed with the botox procedure. She knows exactly what to do, informs you, and then gives you a chance to make an informed decision. Dr Shaffer is extremely careful so bruising is minimal if at all. I couldn't recommend her more highly.
