I was very anxious about the Mohs surgery on my nose until I met Dr. Shaffer. He immediately put me at ease with his professionalism. During the procedure he explained what he was doing. The procedure was painless. I would highly recommend Dr. Shaffer to all who need Mohs surgery.
Wit anxiety over a skin cancer diagnosis and impending MOHS treatment, I found myself totally at ease with Dr. Shaffer and his staff. His outstanding sense of humor combined with his professionalism, made my whole experience turn around from fear to confidence. Dr. Shaffer is 100% compassionate, 100% professional and 100% competent with my procedure. It was quick and painless. Most amazingly, by the time the stitches on my face were out there was a scar most people didn't even notice.
Great visit with Dr Cook. She made time to listen to my concerns and answer my questions. Provided knowledgeable responses to my questions. Would highly recommend both the office and scheduling an appointment with Dr Cook. Great nurse too!
Dr Cook was kind and professional
Although Dr. Morrell is a top-notch physician, the clinic is not very customer friendly or patient focused. I had an appointment with Dr. Morrell in 5-2023 and she advised me to have an annual appointment. I called to schedule an appointment at the request of another physician treating my condition prior to my appointment in August-2024. Called the appointment line for Dermatology Consultants and after 5 minutes of questions, they informed me that Dr. Morrell does not have an open appointment time slot until January 2025. I saw Dr. Cheraghi for a skin condition I've had previously and successfully treated with a single prescription. I told her about my history of the condition and treatment. Logically, I thought she would prescribe me the medication I had taken previously, but she had a different plan. Instead of the medication that had previously worked for me with zero side effects I left the appointment with 4 different prescriptions/medications, 1 or more of which have unpleasant side effects. I was misdiagnosed and my concerns were disregarded. Did not fee listened to. Eventually went to another dermatologist, who did listen, and I was cured.
The office and staff are nice. I found Dr. Cook to be very condescending and cold.
She is very nice but ruin my back with too much of aggressive TCA, now I have post inflammation hyperpigmentation and my back is really spotty that is visibly 50% worse than original. I regret having TCA peel that is actually done by a dermatologist
