Great staff, Up-to-date equipment, pretty close to appointment time. (Can you squeeze a few more chairs in the upstairs Reception Room at Cathedral Rock? People have to stand.) And as I mentioned in the survey, the wait time to make a telephone appointment is exorbitant - over a half hour every time I call! I have two more procedures this month - a whole body bone scan and a CT Scan with Contrast. I like your staff, their knowledge and compassion. Your equipment seems up to date as well. I do like you people!

Due to the fact that you don’t need an appointment for a ex-ray it went great. I also need a ct scan which my wife waited on the phone for one hour twice to get an appointment, to no avail. I ended up making an appointment in your office. That is inexcusable. Either give us an estimate wait time or a call back option.

The WHOLE staff were extremely polite and made my experience so wonderful! Thank you so much Desert Radiology! The MRI technician and the nurse was so professional and really cared about me. It was such a reassuring process!
