I came in for a renal ultrasound, something common for me. I didn’t have to wait to check in; there wasn’t anyone in front of me. My check in time was 12:40pm and my ultrasound was at 1:00pm. My name was called right away; my tech was really nice. She did the ultrasound of the bladder right away for me because I needed to use the bathroom. After using the bathroom, she went on with her work and it didn’t take long at all, as usual.

I did in detail. The wait time 10 days and over 30 mins on hold then announcement says another 35 minutes. Oh hell no. I called by Dr's office had them handle it. I want to be a phone scheduler for this company to help our our community. It's obvious you don't have enough help. That's not acceptable in my opinion. My oncologist ordered this test... it's not like I have a splinter.
