The scheduling was a terrible experience. There was long lead times to find an available Appt. There was multiple rescheduling of the appointment due to confusion about the procedures order. Thought it was figured out, but the day before the appointment they question the codes again and ended up canceling without my approval. They did start to do better, rescheduling only a week later, but still nearly 3 months from when I started the process to schedule the MRI. The actual day of the MRI could not have been better.
