Minimum wait. The technician was friendly, gentle & kind.
Everything was great except the wait times on the phone to make an appointment. No matter what time of day or which day the shortest wait time I have had was 18 minutes!! Rather frustrating… All of the employees are friendly and knowledgeable and great at their jobs. Just wish we could get an appointment without the long wait times…
