The scheduling was a terrible experience. There was long lead times to find an available Appt. There was multiple rescheduling of the appointment due to confusion about the procedures order. Thought it was figured out, but the day before the appointment they question the codes again and ended up canceling without my approval. They did start to do better, rescheduling only a week later, but still nearly 3 months from when I started the process to schedule the MRI. The actual day of the MRI could not have been better. I've always had a great experience going To desert radiology on cathedral rock the staff has always been very professional helpful and understanding, Gone there for cat scans and x-rays, I'd like to give management kudos to the new transition of separating the X-ray department from the rest of the department at times when we used to go in there it was so crowded those are crowded and people that were doing extra is had to wait a little bit longer but that's understanding bstanding but since you've made this separation I was... read more
