The actual appointment was great, but the process to get the appointment has been a pain every single time. From the time my doctor submits the referral to the time I actually get in has ranged between 4-6 weeks which is ridiculous and there needs to be a better way of getting the appointment set up. With my cancer diagnosis I am getting a PET CT scan every 6 months, but it has been the biggest pain in getting my appointments set up.
From scheduling, through check in, through procedure, process is as good as it can be. As I have had to go to different facilities due to scheduling, my experiences at each facility has been satisfying and seamless.
