Although the wait was 40 minutes I thought my X-ray was efficiently done.

The imaging experience was good. B U T …Getting through on the phone was IMPOSSIBLE, so I came in person just to make an appointment. I had to wait (again) to sit with an ‘appointment-maker’ and that was an ordeal. It took 30 minutes for her to simply find an opening - I don’t think the woman knew what she was doing.

Computer down but not told of delay until I asked about it. Still waiting for results of X-ray after a week. Not happy
