I was to have an X-ray. I went to the Cathedral Rock location. I didn’t make an appointment and expected a long wait. I got there about 8:00 a.m. went to the X-ray had the procedure. I had to pick up the DVR to take to the doctor. A short wait for the DVR and walked out the door at 9:00 a.m. a great experience with courteous staff and very professional.

Too many forms to fill out. You have all my information on your computers. Updates basic information:on insurance, medications , conditions are the only necessary thins.

Can’t say 5 star because some things did not apply to me.
My actual experience was great! However, I experienced much frustration as it took me about 10 {long on hold} calls before someone actually picked up to schedule my appointment. I do understand that many businesses are understaffed, so for now they get a pass.
