The people who works there are amazing friendly. I went there on Halloween day and they were are dressed up in costumes so much fun.

Had to wait a little bit due to a misunderstanding of what needed to be performed between my referring doctor and Desert Radiology. My technologist was great, very informative.

I arrived a few minutes late for appointment. The woman who checked me in was rude and said, you’re late, will have to give you another appointment. Then she called back and said” your appointment is here late, I’ll reschedule her”. Negative attitude, not trying to be helpful. They did take me. The person who did my test was very short tempered and not helpful. I had difficulty getting off the table and she ignored me and offered no help. Customer service was poor with both woman.
Excellent experience. Everyone was so helpful and polite.
