I scheduled my appointment, arrived at the appropriate time and was informed if I had the test I was advised to have, I would have to pay for it due to a time guideline since my having this same test two years ago. I was a week too soon based on that time line. The representative was aware of time constraints and explained that to me. Had she not reviewed my chart, I would not know and would have incurred a big bill. I rescheduled and since had the test performed without any issue.
