Not a long wait and quick and easy process, thanks to the awesome employees at DR!
The receptionist was working on something for 10 minutes before acknowledging the line of six people. That made for a poor start, however she was courteous and respectful when she did serve the customers.

This is the second time I’ve been here. Very organized, kind people, who were well trained around seniors. My wait time was normal. I really didn’t feel like I was rushed or had to wait an usually long time. Coming from UCLA and USC KECk, I would consider this a good experience.
