I experience The same problems that have always been a problem with Desert radiology, long Phone line waiting for someone to answer. Always an issue with making An appointment. When you make an appointment and Desert radiology weights till the day before your appointment to get authorization for the procedure and then they can’t get a halt of anybody and then they call and cancel your appointment and you have to wait another month to get into one that fits into your schedule. To make an appointment was very difficult through your telephone system. On hold for 70 minutes is rude and unacceptable! I drove to Desert radiology still on hold to bake an appointment!!!!😡. Once scheduled the X-ray was successful and tech professional . I’d return for an X-ray but making the appointment needs help!!

I had a CT and X-RAY done that day. That were done quickly and the sure knew what they were doing.

Had to drink barium when it was not required for my CT scan w/w/o contrast. First I was told I didn’t need it then was told I did
