I hate the Cathedral Rock location. I don’t like the amount of time it takes to check in and then check in twice and then get called. Way too crowded and a long line and only two girls to check in at the front. Complete Zoo! I will say that Michelle Bland is one of the best technicians I’ve ever encountered there and that is the only reason why I went to that location. Years ago, it was not nearly as bad as it is now. Walk-in and was seen within 30-45 minutes. Staff efficient and courteous.
I was seen immediately after checking in.
Sherry, the person who gave me the MRI was the best I ever had, She was very helpful and keep me aware of everything going on. and the time each part would take.It made it must less difficult for me.Thank you Sherry !💕
Results of ultrasound was very quick. Procedure was Thursday and results were mailed to me on Saturday
I had a thyroid ultrasound. The check in was easy, the tech was polite and seemed to know what he was doing
