I hate the Cathedral Rock location. I don’t like the amount of time it takes to check in and then check in twice and then get called. Way too crowded and a long line and only two girls to check in at the front. Complete Zoo! I will say that Michelle Bland is one of the best technicians I’ve ever encountered there and that is the only reason why I went to that location. Years ago, it was not nearly as bad as it is now. No online Patient Portal. It has been 4 days and I’m still waiting on results. Other Radiology provide online access as soon as Radiologist is finished

Results of ultrasound was very quick. Procedure was Thursday and results were mailed to me on Saturday
