My experience is ok , the only problem is clerk in the check in desk , charge me $40 for the check up , we never pay any since we been going to dessert radiology, the even told me to call my Insurance , so I did and United Healthcare we are not suppose to pay any copay . They said You should check your EOB.we don’t have a copay at Dessert Radiology . I should get my reimbursement cause DR gave me a receipt . Please tell your clerks to read their EOB book. I need my reimbursement of $40.00 from your office . Respectfully, RG... read more

In and out in an hour. 2 procedures were done with waits for radiologist comments.

The service was friendly. I was told upfront how long the wait for a x-ray would be 30mins but I actually only waited 15! Everyone was so nice asking me if I had any questions at every step of the way. I'm a seasoned patient but it was nice to be asked if I had questions or concerns. The tech was friendly but professional. Great!
