My experience is ok , the only problem is clerk in the check in desk , charge me $40 for the check up , we never pay any since we been going to dessert radiology, the even told me to call my Insurance , so I did and United Healthcare we are not suppose to pay any copay . They said You should check your EOB.we don’t have a copay at Dessert Radiology . I should get my reimbursement cause DR gave me a receipt . Please tell your clerks to read their EOB book. In and out in an hour. 2 procedures were done with waits for radiologist comments.

The service was friendly. I was told upfront how long the wait for a x-ray would be 30mins but I actually only waited 15! Everyone was so nice asking me if I had any questions at every step of the way. I'm a seasoned patient but it was nice to be asked if I had questions or concerns. The tech was friendly but professional. Great!

I went for a test and at the same time rescheduled an appointment for mammogram. I was offered a next day appointment at 0630 which I took without hesitation. To schedule an appointment thru the phone is very time consuming. I have yet to experience wherein I don’t have to wait a long time to get thru to a live person regardless of time of the day or day of the week.

My MRI was quick the staff was very friendly, knowledgeable. The tech doing my scans did amazing she was able to do the contrast iV on the first try and I did not feel it. My veins roll so it’s hard to get one started.
