I have been going to DR for PET SCANS for many procedures and they are extremely professional and knowledgeable about the process. They even installed my chemotherapy port in 2016 with no problem to-date The location is great and accessible extremely great

I went there to make an appointment, but for xrays you don’t need one.. I wanted to come back another time but found out my secondary insurance is no longer available at Desert Radiology.. the women there worked so hard and made many calls that I didn’t know about. They were so accommodating and helpful. The check in receptionist couldn’t be any sweeter. She even talked me into staying to get the procedure done now.. i told them I was hard of hearing and each girl came up to me to talk without calling across the room. Wh... read more

My experience was great, I didn’t have to wait long to be checked in and then Ms. Sylvia was Super Nice during my Dexa- Scan

Scheduler got me in for testing within two weeks. Check in and testing took about 20 minutes. Reps and Tech were very efficient and courteous.. However, please improve procedure for making appointments! I wasted -at least an hour on phone while trying to reach scheduler!!

Every DR staff member that I met during check in, initial prep and the actual MRI imaging session was very friendly and made me feel as if was their only patient. The MRI tech was exceptional, she explained the procedure and walked me through exactly what I would hear and feel. Job well done by DR!

The staff had excellent bedside manner and were very accommodating. They even saved me from an extra trip by combing another procedure at the same time. The techs made me very relaxed and were very professional and efficient. It was a pleasure to use Desert Radiology.
