My issue did not require an appointment but the total time at Desert Radiology was only 30 minutes, from arrival to departure! My experience could not have been better. Everything and everyone were professional, courteous and efficient. Even though it was a physical referral, I would gladly recommend Desert Radiology to anyone and everyone.

The girl at the PET scan front office who checked me in was a delight. The two nurses who assisted in the procedure were knowledgeable and explained everything. They both put me at ease. I believe their names were Jordan and Mitze?

Staffs are amazing, they’re friendly. But to make an appointment is terrible; i was put on hold for more than 30 -45 minutes before i could get a schedule; but the scheduler was so helpful and polite.

Very easy to get in as a walk-in patient. I was impressed that they had paperwork from a visit months ago and only had to initial the form for new procedure instead of filling out paperwork. After that I was sent to another office upstairs for X-rays and my wait time was about 5 minutes.
