They claimed I didn’t have an appointment scheduled and the supervisor was able to fit me in between my other 2 appointments I had that day

Staff is wonderful. But I wish I could make appointments on line instead of playing phone tag. And I would appreciate having written instructions rather than the-hone call. If there are follow up questions you play awful phone tag again.
