I scheduled my appointment, arrived at the appropriate time and was informed if I had the test I was advised to have, I would have to pay for it due to a time guideline since my having this same test two years ago. I was a week too soon based on that time line. The representative was aware of time constraints and explained that to me. Had she not reviewed my chart, I would not know and would have incurred a big bill. I rescheduled and since had the test performed without any issue. the mamogram technician was by far the BEST technician I’ve had in my 67 yrs. Oh by God! If she could be my technician with each exam, I would be one happy senior. She needs a raise! She has earned it in my book. Thank you
