The wait was a bit long and there was a co pay requested which there shouldn’t have been with m y two insurances The rad tech was very personable and really knew what he was doing Over all Not a bad experience

Good Morning, I had another excellent experience at Desert Radiology over at Cathedral Rock location earlier this week early Monday morning! From the Start to Finish which involves making my appointment over the phone to actual check/in to being called back for my ultrasound procedure all personnel was very professional as well as polite and courteous to myself throughout the entire process! Upon arrival I was told the wait would be about 20 minutes for a walk in X-ray. I had another appointment over an hour and a half later. Fast forward an hour and a half later. Past my appointment time I was finally able to leave. There was some delay about some low or dead battery. I had informed the tech of my rush. Very unpleasant experience
