I was happy with the facility and all staff members. However I had to call for days and put on hold for the longest time in order to take an appointment. It was a nightmare.

No one lives medical visits. Such days are fraught with anxieties and long waits. However, the staff at the Castlerock location from front desk to tech were courteous, warm and professional-
