Clean professional helpful and kind
It was extremely hard to make an appointment with Desert Radiology. I called three times. The first two times I hung up after waiting 45 min. My appointment was important so the third time I remained on hold until someone picked up. Again, I waited a long time (around 50 minutes). However, the agent was apologetic and nice. He was accommodating in getting me an ultrasound appointment for my thyroid for the following day. My mammogram is not for a couple of months away.
