I went to Deaert Radiology to get a X-ray on my back/hip. From the minute I walked in, everyone knew their job and were friendly. The wait was not long. The technician was professional but kind and caring.

Trying to make an appointment is a nightmare!! I was told that Desert Radiology NO LONGER calls patients to give appointments. So, trying to get through to make an appointment is horrific!!! Hours upon hours is totally unacceptable! The reason I’m calling in the first place, is that I’m in excruciating pain! The longer it takes to get an appointment, is making it even longer to get a diagnosis and some relief from the pain!! PLEASE, do better!!!
