Having to stay on hold for an hour or more, is not an attractive idea. When finally getting to an appointment setter, my appointment is usually a month or more away. I was lucky enough to get a late evening appointment once last year and once this year. To me, the office staff and testing technicians, were totally awesome. Professional and informative.

I had a breast reduction in my 20’s. (6 lbs removed). I’m now in my 40’s and beginning to get mammograms done. The remaining scar tissue I think makes it somewhat more challenging but the staff are great. This time I was there for a mammogram and ultrasound, with the testing scheduled to be done back to back. Both Specialists were consummate professionals of their work. I didn’t have need to meet with the MD on staff but I know my images were promptly taken to him/her for review. I checked in at front desk. A short while later I was greeted by 2 rechnyy it Cubans, and they escorted me back to the CT Scanner. They gave me instructions. After the San was completed I asked about a report. They said I could wait about 15 minutes and get a disk prior to leaving. A written report would be available in about 5 days. If I desired it could be emailed to me. The technicians were upbeat and pleasant.
