I’ve been going to Desert Radiology, since 2007-2008, I’m accident prone. I always get in and out in a timely manner. Everyone is very helpful, the changing rooms are clean. The X-ray, MRI, and Scan area are all clean. They call and make the appointment if what you are having done requires an appointment. FYI: if going in just for X-rays I you may wait a bit, as they can get busy, don’t blame them, just how it is. They have multiple locations.
Check in was efficient. Bathroom and faculty were very clean. I addressed issues with tech who did my mammogram on prior survey.
I was told to arrive at 1pm and then didn’t get called in until 43 minutes later. Once I was called on it went fast and all were kind and considerate

Please adjust your central scheduling arrival times to work with the locations, since they are not all the same.
Excellent staff, very knowledgeable, very clean facility, plenty of room to accommodate patients.
Awesome friendly staff as always! Mistook my appointment for 9:30 AM instead of 9:30 PM. Lady at check in called to see if they could take me since I was already there. In just a few minutes they called me back for my MRI, amazing!! Tech was super nice and the Hawaiian music was the cake topper. That’s why I only come here!!
