Did okay. Don’t like that when calling for an appointment, on hold between 30-45 minutes. Don’t like that you don’t have an online portal to review documents and tests.
The appointment and service was great. The only issue was making the appointment it took 2 days and I held on the phone for a representative for 2 hours to make the appointment and took 4months to be seen. That was too long for only to be seen for 15 min and results to be given in 24hours. Which also made me wonder if they were even read correctly.

I arrived just a few minutes early, checked in and by the time I got the paperwork filled out, I only waited a couple of minutes until they called me back for my test. I was in and out in about 40 minutes, quick and went very smooth. Technician explained process, she was pleasant and professional.
